PS 154 Theater Program is now in it's third year with our 2010 production of Pinocchio. The Club was realized by a group of PS 154 parents who saw the need to utilize their professional skills in the development of theatre arts for the students of PS 154. The Drama Club introduces the student body (grades 3-5) to every facet of theater production: auditioning, script analysis, acting & character development, costume design, and finally set & lighting design. The talent pool of the parents includes Broadway, Film and Television professionals who introduce students to the joy of performing arts in a collaborative, fun loving and non-threatening environment. Our goal is to achieve the highest quality standard possible, while offering an imaginative and creative environment for after school enrichment.
Pinocchio opens May 14th.
